A lovely time was had on a jaunt around Manchester on a delightful warm evening. We met at The Bulls Head from where we've hashed a few times, before taking a circuitous journey around the city centre. We had a visitor from Prague - Barely In, so naturally had to show him around various Mancunian landmarks such as the Vimto statue, Archimedes in his bathtub, Depot Mayfield and others too numerous to mention.
Our hare Beer Sniffer pulled one of his signature moves by leading us out of one bar and, after the shortest fishhook in living memory, back into the bar next door. We paid a trip to Cask - much to the delight of Cwoardelia and Sir Prancelot who had been salivating after some Lilly's cider (they were not disappointed), followed by a trip to the beer garden at The Marble Arch inn. After a never ending stream of excellent hostelries we all disappeared off to rest for the forthcoming anniversary.
Attendees were Barely In, Beano, Beer Sniffer, Cwoardelia Snatch, Fishy Red, Horny Devil, Seaman Staines and bringing up the rear, Sir Prancelot.
