For the last time this weekend, our intrepid hashers came out to play, once again in central Manchester. Starting from The Paramount, we left for a tortuous route to Castlefield, where we had a most welcome not beer stop at a canal boat. The gang deliberately swerved the millionaires shortbread & flapjack, stating they'd had the best the day before, and didn't want to sully the memory of Cwoardelia's superior cakeys with far inferior replicas. Flicky Licky didn't care, she had a pup cup.
From there, Beer Sniffer took us past many odd places where we took hash flashes. It's a possibility that the pack was having a bit of a laugh, taking images of precisely the wrong things, but I didn't tell you that.
After our next stop at the Black Sheep Coffee spot on St. Peters square, we ended up at the House of Social food hall where we all had some food, a well earned rest, and a brief telling off from the hare.
Thus ended a most excellent anniversary weekend - many thanks goes to Beer Sniffer for his sterling haring over the past three days, and to Fishy Red for helping with the main hash too.
