We meet on alternate Thursdays (in between the weekend run) at The Salisbury, 2 Wakefield St, Manchester M1 5NE (just beside the step to Oxford Road train station) for a 18:30(ish) start. TITs is a short, social run to see the weekend in.
It'll be roughly 3-5 km run/stagger/walk around the underbelly of Manchester. We can promise drinks and some form of movement. Come along and see what happens!
